Add Task Board as a connector and ChatGPT can search your boards and fetch tasks. Needs a paid ChatGPT plan — free accounts can't add connectors — and it's enabled from Settings, under Apps & Connectors.
Connect your Intercom workspace and conversations arrive on the board you choose, carrying the thread with them. Reply from the task and it goes back to the customer. The original conversation stays linked, so you can always jump back.
Forward or send to it and the message becomes a task, with the thread attached and the sender recorded. Useful for a shared support address, and for clients who will email you no matter what you build.
Zapier connects Task Board to several thousand other tools for the things we haven't built a direct integration for. If you'd rather do it yourself, there's a REST API and developer keys on a licence.
